The Mayako MX8E is the product of years of prototype testing from the Mayako Performance Community, with input gathered through much discussion and meetings.
The MX8E shares the design philosophy of the MX8-24 nitro car, with the front and rear ends interchangeable. The centre section of the MX8E features the option to run either shorty or standard brick pack LiPo’s along with adjustable weight distribution by moving the battery.
Front: fill with 2.7 grams of oil. Total weight without the spur gear is 49.70 grams
Center: fill with 6 grams of oil. Total weight without the spur gear is 59.50 grams
Rear: fill with 2.7 grams of oil. Total weight without the spur gear is 49.70 grams

The MX8E does not come with a receiver box in the kit.
The community have created many different variations of 3D printable boxes, depending on your requirements.
Mayako has selected Raymond Shell's design as the favoured option, providing adequate space for most receivers and transponders.
The box can be either screwed or taped onto the sideguard as required. This design (or very similar designs) have been tested by members successfully around the world.
Please find the downloadable files here to print your own receiver box here
