Shorter steering link -> more ackermann -> smoother steering
Longer steering link-> less ackermann -> more agressive steering
This is not a minor tuning option this can affect the feel of the car a lot so try out what you like the best. On the JQ we often ran a longer steering link with the high KPI to give it better response.

91mm is the more aggressive choice, there’s less off power grip. On a smooth low-mid grip track that was the fastest choice)
CVD is the safest choice. A lot of grip of power, you won’t loose the rear end when braking. That was slower on the track I tried them.
94mm is the a great compromise. You have good grip and a smooth feel while still being fast (although a bit less than the 91)

Engine forward feels more nimble and aggressive, more steering at low speed and tight corners, better jumping and landing, less likely to lose rear end in sweepers.
Engine back, more calm and lazy feel. Less steering at low speed and in tight corners due to rear end gripping well, worse jumping and landing. More likely to lose rear end in sweepers and high speed.

Also engine forward is better when going over bumps. The rear is more likely to stay straight and follow the front--look up "trailer weight distribution" on YouTube. US style tracks will favor engine forward in general

A decent rule of thumb: Problem occurs off power, lower your rear arm on inside. Problem occurs on power, raise the arm
